We are happy to accept for return any garment that is posted back to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot return your shipping costs but will cover an exchange postage.
Please use a tracked service, as the goods remain on your property until we receive them. We are not liable for any items that are lost/damaged when returned via a different method that doesn’t require tracking or signature.
Any items deemed unsaleable will be rejected as a return, and the customer will be notified by email.
All returns are refunded via original payment.
We take great pride in selling quality clothing, but if you receive an imperfect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so we can look into this. If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:

All returned items must be authorized before being sent back. Please email returns allweekfitness@gmail.com for the authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public Holidays).

We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we, unfortunately, can’t be responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Once you’ve received your return, a credit for the returned merchandise will be credited to your card.
PLEASE NOTE :
- We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
- All items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- We will process your return within five business days of getting the item.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then, you can contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, could you contact your bank? There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at allweekfitness@gmail.com and send your item to: (The address that was provided in your A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) email)
